"I am so gratefull for the Retreat organized by Empowermind Academy. It was just 2 days Retreat but 2 days of intensive deep inner work that moved so much in myself and a lot of stuff came to the surface. It really was about opening the Heart, loosing control, building trust, spending time in nature but also relaxation, softness, care, love, friendship, community. The Sound healing Session and Cacao Ceremony were touching my Soul in a magical way. I could fell the passion for music and sound during the session and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. Everthing was so nice decorated with a lot of attention to detail. You could feel the Love and Positive Energy in the atmosphere and the room. The Sauna Ritual was something completely new for me but so powerfull that I already feel the good postives vibes starting to shine in my life. Overall I was very lucky to spend the w/e with 9 amazing women the middle of the nature and I hope some day I will be able to give back what I received.
